One may call a vampire a cursed being; unable to die unless they take their own life or thy're hunted for just trying to live. Seeing those they love dying unless they take it upon themselves to change them into their fledgling.
Immortal beings, what an odd phrase, even the so called gods weren't immortal they could be killed. As such in this world it may live much longer than anyone else but what breathes can lose its breath even if they live through unimaginable heart ache and suffering; even those of pureblood. The nobles of all vampires, born into the long standing lines, destined to take over a coven from a young age. Feel these problems just as much if not more so then others, it being their burden to make sure their race survives even if they try to deny their own destiny for their own hearts desires.
One of these twisted stories belongs to the vampire named Kiara Hawkins, a scorned lover whom seeks revenge on the one who had killed her beloved and her dear friends. Born of pureblood to the elder of a high ranking vampire coven; proclaimed at a young age to take over the coven once she was ready, she shunned her fate. Not wanting anything to do with the sniveling of the ones below her over their petty disputes; even if her older brother had tried to convince her differently. She refused to listen the older brooding male having pointed out on several occasions if he was so worried about the coven for himself, to take leadership of it; but, she knew that wasn’t to be. He was holding court at the ever famous Moon Kingdom, representing the coven there. At a young age she fell in love, even she wasn't sure what drew her to the other woman. Maybe it was her dark allure, maybe it was her ambition to do as she pleased to gain what she wanted, her young mind and heart wishing for someone of her own to love; whatever the reason Kiara had fallen completely for Beryl, the Queen of the Dark Kingdom.
Staying with the other woman for several years watching her even helping her amass an army to go after the fabled Moon Kingdom; despite the danger it posed to her own family. The Moon Kingdom, known for its peace and its deadly warriors to protect it, even its allies on earth. Kiara was proud of her achievements at Beryl's side; she was making herself useful rather than just giving orders. All ended for the proud princess when she was cast aside as Beryl announced publicly her want of the Earth Prince Endymion. The very same one that Kiara helped take Shitennou from to become Beryl's generals. She swore revenge on the one who scorned her; separating her from the plot to overtake the pacifist kingdom. That was all changed after she heard rumors of the destruction of the Moon Kingdom and its court. Learning of the deaths of each of the court member’s, her own brother included, she was enraged.
Hearing rumors of sudden attacks not years later but a couple of millennium later Kiara left the place she currently called home to investigate. Pleased to see Beryl alive she considered approaching the woman only to feel her old ire reappear at the sight of Endymion at her side. Keeping an eye on the woman she once loved so dearly she plotted against her wanting to hurt her as she did her. Only to have that ripped from her as Princess Serenity killed Beryl in front of her very eyes. Turning all her scorn, hatred, and desire to harm onto Serenity and her friends; Kiara plotted, not aiming for Beryl's simple goal of over throwing the Moon Kingdom. But of destroying its princess mentally, emotionally and physically, once she had accomplished the other two. Wanting nothing more than to make her feel the anguish she felt, that her prince felt losing the Shitennou to Beryl and having to watch them be killed once again. Of course nothing surpassed her need for revenge of having her brother ripped from her life. She would make them all feel the pain of her loss before she was done.
Baring her fangs at the thought of digging her teeth into each girls neck she waited plotting until the time as to which everything would sit in perfect barely paying little mind to those around her. Only feeding when she needed, concentrating on her goal; anything else was a mere after thought. To be used in any way she determined to be useful to her and her own goal. Anyone who got in her way would find out why it was in their best interest to just get out of it.
